Excellent service from the hotel staff.

During our stay, the cleaning was absolutely lacking. I couldn't believe they just tidied up the bed and reused the same towels each day. It felt more like a joke than actual housekeeping.

Waking up to a delightful breakfast on the terrace, with an exquisite view of the sunrise. Staff were genuinely friendly, making it feel like home.

Unfortunately, the room had an odd layout with awkward shelving, making it a hassle to unpack and get settled during my stay.

I loved the delicious food, especially the salmon and sea bass, and the beautifully designed room with Georgian artworks. Can't wait to visit again!

Exceptional service and delicious breakfast!

It was just a smart choice for a momentary visit in Tbilisi with reasonable value. The staff was nice enough, but they forgot to give my passport back, which was a bit frustrating. Make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and double-check before leaving the front desk.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our

stay, especially Mr Saba who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The hotel's location made it easy to find great restaurants, and the modern interiors were a delight, although the outside could use some facelift.

The room was spacious and the cleanliness was top-notch, even the slippers were great quality! I loved relaxing by the beautiful garden and enjoyed the live music at night. Only downside was there was some noise from outside, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

Great location near historical sites and vibrant cafes. My Superior Room had comfy furnishings, a nice balcony, free toiletries, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet had tons of options and was delicious! Staff were super helpful with everything, and the courtyard was a perfect chill spot. The gym had brand new equipment too!
